A rainwater channel is an underground piping system that collects rainwater and performs proper sanitation. It also has the function of intercepting excess rainwater to prevent its accumulation and overflow on the street and favor its flow.
In addition to preventing flooding, cleaning rainwater pipes is also a measure to promote the health and quality of life of the population, as it helps to eliminate the reproduction of insects and animals that can cause disease.
These services also ensure the preservation of asphalt floors, as excess moisture is extremely harmful to these urban coverings, causing holes and obstructing traffic, which can lead to more serious accidents. If rainwater drains are not cleaned properly and regularly, residues will be generated, which will cause the drains to be blocked, which will result in malfunctioning of the galleries.

Due to the blockage of the rainwater network, this water can overflow and eventually invade the property, bringing sewage, residues, pests and other disturbances.
Because preventing and reducing flooding is one of the main functions of sewage cleaning and dredging. Over time, the system eventually becomes clogged with dirt, stones and debris, greatly reducing the drainage capacity of the network, and each rain will cause a major flood.
One of the most used techniques in the cleaning of rainwater pipes is the hydrojet, a safe and effective method that uses high water pressure to eliminate the accumulated residues in underground pipes, because if they are not removed, they will damage the overflow point and can reach the surface.
The force of water can remove dirt that impedes pipeline flow, maintain surface integrity, and remove objects that are impossible to reach without high pressure and water flow.
For this publication, I will present some LDA equipment dedicated exclusively to the sanitation area, such as:
Tank Line – Combined and Mini Combined
The combined equipment system offers the great advantage of unblocking and at the same time already suctioning the debris generated by cleaning.
Equipment designed and developed for cleaning by vacuum suction, through a pump and clearance together with a water jet pump equipped with a reservoir tank adaptable to the truck chassis in order to make it transportable.
Applications
Cleaning of sewers, collectors, manholes, branches, rainwater galleries, sewage treatment stations, decanters, industrial pipes, fuel tanks, removal of debris, sludge, mud, ditches, canals, among others.
Optional Accessories

With the tipping tank, it is easier and faster to unload waste, as well as more efficient and safer operation.
Combined equipment is ideal for a variety of applications due to the number of options we offer. These robust equipment can be placed on any vehicle specified by the customer, ensuring the availability of equipment repair parts.
Tank Line – Vacuum
Combined vacuum suction cleaning equipment using a “roots” blower. With high suction power, it can also be equipped together with a water jet pump.
Debris tank equipped with hydraulic systems for tipping, side opening and locking of the tailgate, lifting, turning, telescopic extension and closing of the mobile boom.
Applications
Suction and cleaning of debris in manholes, manholes, oil retention box, sand and grease, cleaning of boxes and tanks in ETA’s, street cleaning (sand, construction material remains), stones, bottles, cans and similar, unblocking sewage networks, rainwater galleries, among others..
Tank Line – Hydrojet
Absolutely indispensable equipment for the cleaning process using the high pressure water jet method and unblocking in the most varied activities, whether they are networks (water, sewage and drainage), large water reservoirs, pipelines, etc.
Equipped with a high pressure pump, reservoir tank and hose reels, adaptable to the chassis of the truck or towable trailer, in order to make it transportable, with a pumping system for unclogging and cleaning by high pressure hydrojetting.
Applications
Cleaning of sewerage networks, treatment plants, manholes, canals, rainwater galleries, sewers, septic tanks and pipelines in general;
Surface washing, monuments, squares, etc;
Cleaning of reservoirs, decanters, fuel tanks, heat exchangers, evaporators, etc.
Optional Accessories
For unclogging services, nozzles and special accessories are attached to the end of the hose, allowing for a perfect and quick cleaning of any diameter of piping or special services.
For hydroblasting services, pistols or manual lances are attached to control and direct the water jet to be applied on the surface to be cleaned.
The pump adopted in the system can be alternated with pressure and flow variations as needed for the service requested.
