LDA Equipamentos, expanding its presence in Latin America, appointed new representatives in Colombia and Bolivia. Conducted training for the sales team of new distributors, aiming at presenting the products and goals for the coming years.

Through Civil Engineer Paulo Silva, presentations and training were given with some of our main products such as Asphalt Plants, Aggregate Distributors, Micro-Pave Plant, Soil Plants and other products, adding technical knowledge of the products offered along with new sales methodologies .

The constant improvement of services and service offered is one of the main objectives of LDA Equipamentos, bringing greater safety and quality to our partners.

Behind all the history, mission and values ​​of LDA Equipamentos, there is a committed sales team, extremely capable and in search of constant development, with the primary objective of ensuring the full satisfaction of our partners.

New training will come, and with them the guarantee of commitment and seriousness in our work through new technologies for training (especially in times of video calls) and adaptation to the educational context, this course that allows students to develop cognitive skills and also learning more playful, meaningful and attractive.

This feature allowed classes to become more dynamic and interactive, favoring knowledge assessment in real time. Through this tool I made the training gamified, giving it a characteristics of a digital game, with rules and scoring assignments for sales consultants who answer the questions correctly and quickly.

Gamification has been pointed out in recent years as a trend in teaching methodologies to engage students and review the content worked on on a daily basis.
