Projects that once required large volumes of asphalt are increasingly rare in these Covid-19 times.
A solution to this production capacity problem, well known in Latin America, are the Mobile Hot Asphalt Mini Plants of five to eight tons per hour and 3% of unit. Ideal for small paving projects and use as hole repairs.
One of the benefits of this mini asphalt plant is that it does not depend on third-party plants. What happens is: when you don’t buy a large volume of asphalt mass, large companies expect to have the necessary volume to be profitable to put the asphalt plant into operation.

Mini Asphalt Plant from 5 to 8 t/h
Manufactured in a single chassis and completely mobile / towable. It is the smallest hot asphalt plant on the market, with high production quality, external mixer, counter-flow, asphalt tank, diesel fuel tank, easy operation and high reliability with little maintenance.
Dosing, Granulometry and Asphalt Control
The system consists of dosing the aggregates, through a dosing silo where the mixture is already prepared and with the right granulometry, activated by a gearmotor controlling the production by a manual regulating gate, with the injection of asphalt into the mixture being done by dosing in the pump gear, releasing the aggregates into the dryer drum and material in constant movement (cascade) and the asphalt content adjusted at the output of the CAP tank through a metering valve.
Aggregate Dryer Drum
Rotary Dryer Drum, counter-flow, insulated and covered in stainless steel, made of steel plate, driven by a gearmotor with internal drying blades in special abrasion resistant plate, mounted with special anti-wear steel rings on 04 support rollers, with combustion and exhaust chambers.
In yellow color for safety signs, the rollers are protected due to their continuous movements and crushing, gripping and trapping points.
The dryer drum can work with inclination angles between 2º and 5º to regulate the time for drying the aggregates. Burners with different diesel efficiencies and dual optional (diesel / LPG)
Control and Power Panel
The electrical system will be supplied in an external electrical control panel, fixed to the equipment chassis, according to NR-10, with all components and control installed.
The Panel will be supplied with voltage at 380 V /60 Hz or 50 Hz and command at 220 V, already in accordance with NR-12 standards in accordance with NR-10.
One of the most important items of the mini asphalt plant is safety in operation, the emergency stop button located on the control panel, the operator will have at his reach a trigger with the purpose of stopping the machine’s movement, disabling its command
External Mixer – Type: “Pug-Mill”
Mixer with arm and blades with a single axis, driven by gearmotor, set of arms and blades for homogenizing the asphalt mix.
Excellent mechanical energy for the homogenization of the mixture. The asphalt mass will come out of the mixer ready with mass temperature indication on the operation panel.
Generator Set
Generator set powered by a three-phase diesel engine, driving the entire electrical system of the mini plant, making it independent from external electrical power
Asphalt Tank – CAP (Petroleum Asphalt Cement)
The asphalt storage system will be in a thermal tank with a tubular fire heating system, through a coil, fed by a diesel oil burner, and a line heating system and asphalt pump using thermal oil heated by a coil installed inside the tank with circulation through the pipes.
Chassis
Ease and speed in assembling and leveling the chassis, mounted on a two-axle towable chassis reinforced with rim / tires and four feet with adjustable mechanical drives for support on uneven terrain.
Approved equipment and in compliance with current laws on traffic, road transport and/or transport of dangerous products.
For ship shipments and other special operations, the Mini Asphalt Plant has 4 lifting loops for proper transport.
